All the science aside, I am a 3x-marathoner and Ironman* (WI Class of 2019!). I have an amazing husband and 3 crazy dogs. I love to garden, travel, and read all kinds of books (especially non-fiction).
*For those unfamiliar, an Ironman is a very very long triathlon… 2.4mi swim, 112mi bike, 26.2mi run. Yes, I’m a little bit crazy.
